Figure Skating Director

 Vicki began skating at age 4 in Franklin Park, IL. She       Performed and competed in local shows and competitions for 14 years as an individual at local, regional and national levels. She was a member of nationally ranked “Dazzling Ones” synchronized skating team for 6 years and then   began coaching in 1988. Vicki earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Elmhurst College in 1991 and completed Graduate Work in Education at Northeastern Illinois University.

Vicki has trained and choreographed for individual figure skating competitors at the local and regional level for 19 years  and has choreographed for local figure skating shows for 15 years. Vicki also coached the synchronized skating team “Ice Angels” and brought them to two national titles.

Vicki trained in Toronto, Ontario Canada for the Ice Capades under the direction of Robin Cousins, Barb Underhill  and Paul Martini and performed with the Ice Capades for 2 years. Over the past 19 years, Vicki has coached locally in Franklin Park, Oak Park, Bensenville and West Dundee.  Vicki is also an ISI Gold Level certified judge

Terry Feld - Skate School Program Director

Terry has been teaching figure skating for nearly 20 years, both group and private lessons – tots through adults. Terry is a member of PSA, ISI and the Figure Skating Club of Rockford. She has prepared students for ISI competitions for over 11 years, and the ISI World Team Championships for 6 years. Most recently, Terry was the Assistant Skating Director at the Polar Dome for over 7 years, where she helped produce and choreograph group, solos and features for the Annual Ice Shows.
