Leafs Ice Centre Pinnacle Sports Development Summer Camps...

Pinnacle Complete Camp

Complete sport specific training for the most well prepared athletes in any sport.  This 3 day a week camp includes 19 training sessions focused on upper body and leg strength.  Sessions combine conditioning, speed and agility training, core work and power & strength workouts.  Nutritional education will teach the athlete pre and post practice and game day meal regiments that will maximize the body’s energy and output endurance.  The benefit of these lessons can be seen when transferred to 5 on ice training sessions.  This camp is for the athlete that wants to get a jump start on the season and be in the best possible physical condition for fall.

Speed and Agility

Training geared toward improving the athlete’s explosive starts, lateral movements, overall speed through plyometrics and over speed training.
Ages 9-11

Strength and Power

Weight training focused on the athlete’s overall strength and conditioning level.  Helps increase endurance and improve muscle fatigue recovery during and after play. Provides the athlete increased strength for more explosive power in executing play.

CORE Plus

Training designed to enhance an athlete’s stamina so they have the same conditioning level from the beginning to the end of the game, increased recovery by improving balance, flexibility and endurance through core development and isometric training.

 Pilates

Pilates strengthens the skaters core. The center of gravity, or core of the body, is important for stability and balance. A strong core body is essential to an athlete. Strength, power, speed, quickness, agility, coordination and balance all come from the core of the body.
Please bring a Pilates mat to class
Mondays  - June 30th to August 18th - 8 sessions
11 and under - 6:00-6:30pm - $70.00
12-18 - 6:40pm-7:40pm - $130.00
18 and over - 7:50-8:50pm - $130.00
